Just because

I am so very very behind on pictures. I take so many and never have any idea which ones to post or why; so I will over time randomly add some. ** I KNOW I am no where near being a photographer, nor do I plan to be or try. PLEASE bear with some possibly awful, blurry, sucky shots. Most were taken on my cell phone or with my camera that most the time I forget to even focus or even look through the camera at what I am shooting. ha ha ha... oh well...

This is all but one of the kids I watch and have in my home(including my own) at times. It's not often I have this many at once... it sure is fun though!

Have I already posted this one? I doubt it, she draws like this every day. She is getting so good and precise. She has -since this- taught herself to draw eyebrows, hair and noses. Quite the little artist she is becoming!!

HOLY!

check out the rolls on Leighton's arms and legs in picture # 2 (in the post below this one) She is seriously the cutest CHUBBIEST, happiest baby ever! She is sportin 2 new teeth on the top and although it hurts, she is a rockstar through it all!! She follows sister through the house and they make each other laugh hysterically. Also, she tries to climb on everything and is just so stinkin happy!!

St Patrick's Day

These are some pics of St. Patrick's Day. Oh, I forgot to take pics of the darling clovers the kids decorated but they were fun. Some of these have no purpose other then showing off my babies.

This was a whole different day although they are pretty much wearing the same thing so I added it to join all the rest of the St. Patty's pics anyway :)

Are you kidding me?!

I want my body back!! These were on my honeymoon. I was a size 5 and wanted to be smaller. WHAT?! I would love to be a size 5 again. I also found pics of me 4 years before this one. I was tiny and toned. Now I have been doing so well. I am ALMOST back to pre Ireland weight. I passed Leighton's and have 10 more lbs to go to pre marriage weight lol. I more just want to tone up and have energy. I dance like a crazy person with my daughter but then I get so winded I have to just rest, ha ha. My goal is to keep up with my children!

Well I suppose I should go eat so I have energy to work out. I may attempt a tae bo video... awww good old VHS!! :)

Easter

Yes, it IS early for an Easter post, but I just LOVE Easter! Check out these darling outfits I bought for the girls forever ago:

I got them clear back on the 2nd of February but have been dying to let them wear them but they have to wait until Easter. (how cute will they be all matching?! Well they always match, I think it is so cute! Now I just need to get the bows made to go with the outfits)

I love traditions! In my family, traditions are huge and a big part of who we are. Last year we had plastic eggs in a trail from Ireland's room leading to her Easter basket that she got to follow. She loved that so I think that is one we will continue. Maybe we will start decorating real eggs too. My sister and I still do that :) I have a few others I would like to start with my little girls. Something that they will look forward to each year. We have little traditions with every holiday and I plan to add more. It will be fun with both girls excited the morning of each holiday giggling and waiting impatiently to start whatever we have planned for the day. Awww I love thinking of them being so cute together. Leighton already LOVES her big sister so much and you can tell it just makes her whole world when Ireland bends down to kiss her. I hope they have a friendship that will last a life time.

Well I gotta go chase Ireland down and get her nekkie bum back in some clothes- she is quite the streaker these days!!

changes but not really

Well I did what I said I wasn't going to do... I am watching kids in my home again. I am so excited! I will still be able to do all my preschool stuff and I have so missed having lots of kids here and I also miss teaching preschool! When I stopped watching kids here (because I was about to have Leighton) I said I wouldn't watch kids here anymore because I thought my 2 would be plenty; but now I miss having a house full of laughing, and talking and being non stop busy.

Yes, I keep busy with my kids but not so much especially during their nap times. You would think teaching my sunbeams each week would keep me happy since I have 16 kids on my role!!! ( although they don't all come each week) but I have such a strong desire to teach the youngins here and let Ireland have lot's of friends.

Now before you think my house is a zoo, I will tell you with my own 2 kids, it's only 7 total. and NOT all of the kids every day and 2 will be in school half days in the fall. it will be some here and some there. Also I have my in- laws up stairs if I need help as well as Daniel will be here most the day and my sister too. I am getting state certified and getting my food handlers and cpr training next week (my idea for these, I just want to have all my bases covered)

This all started as people kept calling saying they heard I watch kids and asked if I have openings. Now I am at my max but I think it will be fun, BUSY and sometimes LOUD and maybe even HECTIC but never boring!

I can NOT wait to pull out my old preschool stuff and get planning activities.

Don't think my own lovelies will get neglected. they will have friends during the day. and all evening and all day all weekend is just mommy time.
