The Young and the Restless

So, I realized I have done two posts about the soap opera that is our life, which is why I titled them Days Of Our Lives. Now I need to update on our "soap life"  and as usual there are a ton of pictures which I make no apology for. I hardly ever print pictures and I NEVER  keep a journal or anything, so this is my way of keeping tabs on my child's milestones and cute moments. Also I am sleep deprived, and  do not apologize  for my dorky mood!

"So, my life is very fun and interesting" says Ireland. "here are some good... and bad parts of my life. Some of this is from my point of view and some from my mom's. I really do have a good life, but sometimes being only 12 months old is hard."

I went to a fun kid/halloween thing tonight and we all got awards. Mine was best cutie pie. very fitting I think!

we got to walk across the stage one at a time to show off our costumes. yeah, my mom didn't even bother to dress me up. LUCKILY I look cute in absolutely anything

Witches Night Out! How fun! even though I look sleepy. They have this fun celebration every year at Gardner Village. We went saturday night. I danced and sang and met batman!

Girls Night Out! mommy invited me this time!

So I was pretty hungry, even though I WAS fed. So, when mommy wasn't looking, I pulled her plate down and gobbled up her food! Check out the couch cushion to the left!

So I got to go on a walk. with my giant winter coat. on a sunny day. :(   (hey in mom's defense, it was freezing when the wind blew!)

Can I just say how

Grateful I am for the following things>

1. Dental insurance. Holy moly dental work is expensive!

2. Dentists. (ok, let me first say how TERRIFIED of dentists I am) because without them, we would all be in big trouble. But my favorite dentist so far is the one that gave me my new smile! Dr. Robison. the only dentist I have not been AS terrified to go to

3. antibiotics. 

4. Husbands and babies who are patient and wake up at 6:30 am to sit with me at the dentist.....and anywhere else I always need to be

Playing at the park!

So I love staying at home with Ireland but I HAVE to get out sometimes!! So I took Irey to the park the other day. Sadly, even though we went on walks this summer, I never thought to take her to the park :(  SO this day was so fun for her!! here is some pics of that.

that I have some more business for the week: 

*Ireland had her one year check up yesterday. Which sadly, meant shots. :(  one in each arm and one each leg. I hate it! Holding her down so she can get hurt. no fun.

*She is growing well. She is getting taller, which I am happy about seems how I stopped growing when i was like.. ten. just kidding but having short people for parents, it's good to know she still is going to grow! to about 5'3  which is taller than alot of people in my family... as well as daniels. ha ha I love it :)

* her weight is kinda low. she is going down on the curve. We thought she was 20 lbs. so that is why we turned her car seat forward. We turned it back because she is only 19 lbs. Some people might think, so what? but besides it being the law, I kinda want her to be safe because she is so small. the end :)

* The doctor wanted me to give her milk today *gulp* scary! I had to give her a teaspoon to see if and what her reaction would be. Her pediatrician says 90% of kids outgrow milk allergies. We are hoping she is part of that group! So I gave it to her and I was shaking so bad. But all in all so far there was no SERIOUS problem!! she did have a very wheezy sound in her throat and sounded like she was snoring and kinda raspy, but she did not break out. which is a first. I have to give her 2 teaspoons tomorrow. again *gulp* but so far so good!

* I have no idea what to wear on halloween or Daniel. We have Ireland's costume and I am happy about that. But I don't know what to be! what is everyone else being??

* For those of you who know, I have not driven since April, and daniel has had my car everyday since. But as soon as the middle of november, I might be able to have my car back and actually be able to drive it!!! hooray. I bet daniel will appreciate so much not having to be my chauffeur and go on my crazy -needed spicy chips at 12 in the morning- problem. ha ha. sorry babe! I love you, thanks for taking care of me!!

MOAB UTAH

Oh man, I am excited for this post! It was past over due but just looking over all the pics we took brought back all the fun memories! As always there are a lot of pics, but even if you could care less WHO is in them or WHAT we are doing, at least take the time to enjoy the stuff in the background! It is so stunning and beautiful. the pictures cannot even begin to do justice to what we saw in person. If you love outdoors, go to moab! People from ALL over the world were there, you see every kind of person and hear every kind of language, thousands of people flock there to see what us Utahns are so spoiled with!! anyway here ya go:

Ok, now not ALL parts of the trip were fun, some were so scary!!  Like this view for instance:

The only other time I was so scared to be up so high was in 2005, atop the eiffel tower in Paris. Then I was so terrified I thought for sure we would die, this view made me feel the same way!!

next scary thing: this was not exactly what happened, but this picture on this building is MY BIGGEST FEAR IN THE ENTIRE WORLD:
