Miss Ireland is walking! She has been very close and has been walking just barely holding one of our fingers for a while. She probably could have before now but I think she may have been too scared. then just tonight, she just started walking from me to daniel! and we would turn her around and she would walk back across her room to the other person. She is a nut! She won't quit now, she acts as though she has been walking all her life!! not bad for ten months old I guess :)

I heart edward

So my husband was kind enough to come in and fix my computer so I can upload pictures again. What I am not going to tell you as to save myself the embarrassment, is that he was in and out of there in like 2 minutes because all I had needed to do is empty the trash on my desk top to have enough room. LOL! what a nerd. Hey, I never claimed to be a computer genius. ANYWAY.... so here is the pics and story from last weekend. 

    So the plan was to go camping. We packed up two cars and headed up to big cottonwood canyon. Loooong story short, we didn't get a spot, so we did what every other person would do in this situation. We all piled all of our crap into my living room and camped at my house! It actually was so fun! The good thing is, we had indoor plumbing with clean toilets. bad news is... no fire :(   BUT we had a BBQ in the back yard. also, another plus, is we didn't have to deal with bugs or being cold at night. We did go up each day to the mountains to still enjoy the real outdoors. The first day we went to Cascade Springs, which is a favorite of my fam. We also went up Sunday to have our fire and make smores and roast starbursts. yes, you read that right. it was so yummy! Anyway, since it has been a while since I posted I felt the need to make this post five posts! ha ha. lucky.

I must say Daniel is lucky. 4 cute chicks for an entire weekend. ok, actually that is normal for us. all 4 girls and Daniel being the only guy. we have so much fun!

So I feel absolutely miserable, and I still can't get my pics to upload. horrible right? ok, I am nauseous so i don't have much time. So my head does not feel any better than it did when I got up this morning, in fact it still to this very minute is just as bad. it's so frustrating! nothing helps! thanks for the suggestion Kristin and no I have never gone to one. I will look into that. Here is what I have done, all of which was just while I was pregnant: had TWO MRIs and have had blood work done a few times. All that shows is that I am extremely anemic. I am always given Iron, which makes me sick and makes my head hurt. hmmmm. see a pattern? anyway the worst thing I have ever done to help, is when i was very first pregnant, my neurologist gave me some patches that have medicine in them that you put on your body to take away pain, but since the pain was in my head the dr. told me  I had to SHAVE THE BACK OF MY HEAD! (but luckily just underneath so no one could see. but I cried. it  was scary and weird.) So the patches still wouldn't stick and needless to say it didn't help. I have had headaches since I was 12. they seem to get worse, but while I was pregnant they were so bad I couldn't get up, or move or eat. So it looks like no one knows what's wrong, maybe they think it's all in my head. ha ha. 

anyway onto even more depressing news, my computer wont let me upload photos off my camera. *dramatic sigh* I need good luck or good news, or a funny story, anyone know a good (clean) joke???

I have some fun pics to put up from the weekend but honestly I would rather blog about why I am not doing that right now. man my head hurts. a lot. seriously. They (my headaches) are back like everyday. It gets so bad that sometimes I can't sleep without ice on my head. Does anyone have advice? here is what works sometimes. Wear my glasses, then take ibuprofen as well as some caffeine then lay down where its dark and quiet and rest with ice on the very back of my head. thats a pain when you have a kid that wants to explore the world and I need to be up to supervise. grrrr. anyway, that is my vent for the moment. dumb headaches. 

Another day, Another adventure

Ok, more like weekend. We spent this last weekend up at BEAR LAKE with our friends Brian and keily and their families. It was so fun with yummy food, fun games and getting to play on and at the lake. We went to a private beach so it was not crowded. We went on the wave runners (which of course I took no pics of). ireland was terrified of the water, but we slowly coaxed her in and she LOVED it! I believe there were 25 of us that went, but the cabin is big so it was great, and if you had kids you got your own room, which was helpful, with Ireland, seems how she is EVERYWHERE anymore! Anyway I don't remember laughing that much and for that long in... well forever. With that many people you are going to laugh and have fun. THANKS GUYS!!

Busted!

So now I know i have posted a few times where the baby gets caught getting into stuff. Now don't say "why don't you just watch her?" because I will just give you this answer: if i did, what would I have to blog about to entertain you?? ha ha. No, I DO watch her, but she gets into EVERYTHING! She is 10 months old for crying out loud! She does stuff when we are watching her, she does not know nor care so......

Ok. So I decided it is absolutely necessary to have every other post be random  events and pics. Actually ALL my posts are completely random, because I am so very random and it's my blog so there! :)
