more updates

I need to get caught up. I am sad I have not been keeping track of Leighton's milestones and fun things she is saying or doing. I will do that in my all about Leighton/huge vent post :)

I have such a bad memory. I always forget what I blog about and all the pictures I post. So if you get multiple stories or updates or duplicate pics... sorry. I don't have the time or patience to go back though them.

updates:

Daniel is still working so much. His business keeps him so busy (in fact one morning he woke up with 13 jobs to do asap!) He also had a birthday April 6th and that was fun! We got an Applebees gift card for Easter and used that on his bday.

He is still going to school and stays busy with that. he is a great dad and is always making time to play with the kids. He is always encouraging me to go out with the girls (friends) saying that he knows I need a break! I will go out and come home to the kids either super happy or in bed and the house will be clean :) He has on many, many occasions stayed up until 1, 2, 3 or even 4 am doing dishes or cleaning so I could go to bed and before he goes to bed he does homework or regular work then chores. he seriously will get "mad" when I don't go to bed. He says "let me do it, you need your rest." HA I got lucky with this one! he definitely is a gentleman and makes sure his girls are well taken care of!

*****I am having a hard time remembering things that happened lately. Also have few pictures as my camera's memory card went crazy and some pictures I took say "file not found" when I am trying to upload them. Also some have half of the pic cut out and have a large colorful stripe covering part of the picture. So I take a bunch on my phone which sucks because 98% of my pictures turn out blurry....

As for me, I am just busy with my business (which I am about to reopen the site with new products, prices and have 18 little girls willing to model my products for my website!)

I still watch children and have (counting my own kids) anywhere from 3-8 kids here. Lately different people call and ask for a last minute spot and I usually accept if I have the space. I am doing preschool with the kids and for the older ones- 5 and 6 year old- I have them be my helpers and also they have fun doing the projects too- like on earth day we made... Earths! ha ha we have fun!! I am also teaching all the kids the alphabet in sign language and they all know about 25 signs already (like eat, tree, thank you, etc)

I too had a birthday. Mine was April 14th. Dan gave me Wii fit plus- which I have wanted so bad! I got a lot of fun things and got a little spoiled. Dan, my sister and a friend took me to dinner that night as well. Also I woke up and Dan had decorated with pink and white streamers! he is catching on to my family's traditions!! :)

I saw Oceans in theaters the other day... it was AMAZING!!! WOW go see it if you can!!

Nothing else new with me. Well this may not be exciting for anyone except me but as of march 2nd I have lost 11 lbs! I have started working out much more and changed my eating habits completely (some of it wasn't my choice!) and I officially have 5.6 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight which is what I was when I was 18.... yahoo!!!

things new with the girls- well not too much. there is some things with Ireland I won't mention yet until I get our test results back- we had to have the girls tested for lead poisoning. My dad's house is super old and when they went to have it re painted it tested for really high levels of lead. they asked if they could come test my girls (of course I said YES!)

Ireland is growing and learning so many new things. She is so stinkin goofy and loves to make people laugh. she gets her sister going and they are HILARIOUS to watch and listen to. Just giggling and jabbering, having fun

Leighton is getting bigger too and is thinning out from being so active. She is such a good baby and has 6 teeth now!!
